How do you define a happy dog?

My dog always has a very serious face and rarely barks. I do not know if his mood is depressed or happy. He appears emotionless. It is a big challenge to find out how dog feels.

  1. A dog who likes to play and is quite active with a wagging tail and generally with a tongue that is hanging out and they usually pant. This means a happy dog. They can be very vocal also.

  2. Scratch his belly. Play catch with him. Talk to him. Race with him. I’m sure your dog will react with emotion as long as you play with him. The image I get of a happy dog is one that wags his tail and has his tongue hanging out in a goofy smile. All the best!

  3. Rage Against The Machine Says:

Its happy if it wags its tail, no lies

  4. Give him a bone and you will find out!! :D

    Good Luck

  6. when my dogs happy he wags his tail and stands on 2 legs and jumps on me
this may sound stupid, but maybe you should try a dog whisperer
